Cancellation Policy
Coaching Client Responsibilities: 5.1 Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. 5.2 Client agrees to actively participate in coaching sessions on time, complete agreed-upon actions, and communicate openly and honestly with Coach. 5.3 Client agrees to complete and comply with Homework/Heartwork assignments as given by the coach each session. Termination: 6.0 Clien understands that all sales are final and refunds are not permitted unless in the case of a medical emergancy or otherwise agreed to by Coach and client. 6.1 If client schedules a session but fails to attend or communicate with the Coach, the Coach reserves the right to cancel the appointment without refund. Client is allowed one cancellation within their coaching package. 6.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. 6.3 In the event of termination, Client shall remain responsible for any outstanding balances owed for coaching services rendered.
